NextGen Teachers are currently looking for a number of Secondary & Primary Supply Teachers who are able to work on an adhoc basis for one of our partnership Primary & Secondary schools based in both Leeds & Bradford areas. We are looking for a number of Qualified Teachers who are seeking a work/life balance and who are available for last-minute sickness and course cover bookings on a daily/weekly basis.
About the Role
As a Supply Teacher with NextGen Teachers, you will enjoy the flexibility of working 2-5 days per week on days that suit you and will be offered bookings at our schools across Leeds & Bradford as well as other neighboring schools if required. This role will require taking morning calls as early as 7:00am and the working hours for this position is 8:00am/8:30am - 3:15pm/3:30pm depending on the school.
Primary & Secondary Teachers applying for this our Supply positions and must have Qualified Teaching Status in the UK and be able to cover a range of subjects/year groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in either Primary or Secondary schools
- Adapt to different school environments and teaching styles
- Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies
- Maintain up-to-date records of student progress and attendance
Key Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of teaching experience
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to complete one).
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in various schools.
- Two professional references.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
