What will my day to day look like?

  • Day to Day management and financial accountability of your restaurant

  • Lead your team, empower and motivate them to be the best

  • Ensure all food safety, health and safety and internal audit standards are met

  • Engage the workforce through efficient scheduling, building development plans and deliver excellence

  • Complete and monitor daily administration

  • Deliver financial controls within restaurants budget

  • Communicate effectively with all members of the team, your reporting manager and support departments
