Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment across all our facade projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Provide training and support to employees on health and safety practices.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training.
  • Promote a culture of safety within the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably in the construction or facade sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
