Food & Beverage Operational Duty Manager
Located only 40 minutes from Newcastle city centre in the small village of Otterburn boasting a 5 star wedding venue, restaurant and boutique hotel. You will be responsible for the operational delivery of food and beverage service across the site predominantly focusing on our Restaurant and Bar, William De Percy. We operate a one site mentality across the venue but are looking to find an individual with passion to drive our William De Percy venue forward however daily duties may also involve operations of our onsite sister venue Le Petit Chateau.
Daily duties will include cash handling, financial and daily reporting, ordering and stock controls, assisting with rotas and other administrative duties but mainly organising and managing the team on shift and most importantly delivering our guests with a great experience while in our venues from start to finish.
For this role we would be looking ideally for someone with a minimum of one year management experience in the hospitality industry but this is not essential for the right person. You will need to have high attention to detail and a strong work ethic, excellent organisation and logistic skills as well as great interpersonal and leadership qualities.
The role is based on a working week of 48 hours with shift patterns varying with days and times based off the business needs. Weekend availability is essential. Own transport is preferred and recommended.
