We are delighted to be assisting a charming gastropub located in a picturesque Cotswolds town. They are currently seeking a proactive, customer-focused Assistant Manager to join their close-knit team as soon as possible.
You will feel confident managing restaurant operations and ideally bring experience in bar service.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Assistant Manager
- £28,000 to £30,000 per annum plus between £70 to £100 in tips per week (£3,640 to £5,200 per annum)

Responsibilities as the Assistant Manager
- Assisting the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the gastropub, ensuring smooth service and operational excellence
- Leading by example in providing outstanding service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience
- Supervising and motivating the team, providing guidance and support to maintain high morale and efficient service
- Handling customer queries, resolving complaints effectively, and implementing feedback to enhance the dining experience
