Exciting Opportunity: 1:1 Teaching Assistant in BS25! Are you dedicated to supporting children’s learning and development? We are looking for a compassionate and skilled 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our team in North Somerset and work at a wonderful school in BS25! What You'll Do: Provide tailored support to an individual student with specific educational needs Help implement personalised learning plans and strategies Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment Collaborate with teachers and specialists to ensure the best outcomes for the student What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others succeed Relevant qualifications in education or special needs (desirable but not essential) What We Offer: Competitive salary Opportunities for professional development and training A supportive and friendly work environment The chance to make a real difference in a child’s life Location:  Winscombe Contract Type:  Full-time until the end of the academic year and potentially ongoing All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
