Brio Digital seeks an experienced Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team following continued success and internal promotions.

The Role:

As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will be dynamic and varied. You will cover a range of permanent and contract roles across various technologies and job functions. Most of our exclusive roles focus on high-quality candidate screening and sourcing. This is not a business development role; however, you will be able to contribute to sales leads and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage social media, networking, internal CRM systems, and job boards to find highly skilled technology candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings to assess compliance, competency, and role suitability.
  • Attraction & Outreach: Utilize effective candidate attraction methods, including well-crafted outreach messages and video communication.
  • CRM Management: Maintain a well-organized CRM system to track and manage candidates throughout recruitment.
  • Communication & Feedback: Keep candidates informed throughout the process, offering feedback and providing an excellent candidate experience.


What You’ll Need:

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly outline roles and provide a top-tier candidate experience.
  • Ideally, experience recruiting technology professionals across various roles and technologies.
  • Proficiency in both traditional and modern recruitment methods.
  • Comfortable with face-to-face, virtual, and phone interviews.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to process information and structure interviews effectively.
