About the UHNW Bridging Loan Originator Role: As a Bridging Loan Originator, you will be responsible for sourcing and nurturing relationships with ultra high-net-worth clients and private investors. You’ll leverage your expertise in bridging finance to originate new lending opportunities and drive business growth. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while providing the support of a dedicated team based at the head office in Guernsey. UHNW Bridging Loan Originator Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with UHNW clients, private clients, and family offices to generate new lending opportunities. Utilise your knowledge of bridging finance to provide tailored solutions that meet clients‘ specific financial needs. Source and manage a robust pipeline of deals, from initial inquiry through to completion. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing and delivery of financial solutions. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge and identify new opportunities. Attend industry events and networking functions to enhance the company’s brand presence and expand your professional network.
