Senior Applications Engineer – Audio Systems An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Applications Engineer with a strong background in system-level architecture and modelling to join an innovative audio technology company based in Edinburgh . This company collaborates with leading consumer brands to bring advanced audio processing solutions to the market. As a Senior Applications Engineer, you will play a key role in bridging customer requirements with system-level design to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions. In this position, you’ll focus on system modelling, architecture validation , and defining technical specifications that align with product goals and customer expectations. You’ll engage directly with customers, guiding them through technical challenges , providing support , and defining new products . Additionally, you’ll act as the interface between engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless design, development, and implementation of the architecture. The ideal Senior Applications Engi neer will have: Strong expertise in system architecture design , modelling , and product definition Experience in customer engagement , with the ability to translate technical details into practical solutions Proficiency in simulation tools and a solid background in a nalog and digital electronics Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset Experience liaising with automotive Tier 1 or OEMs Hybrid working is available 3 days per week.
