About the Company Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Health Advisor / Experienced OH nurse to join their Clinical team in the West Midlands. This is a hybrid role covering customers across the West Midlands. About the Role You will be responsible for working with customer businesses to promote the health, safety, and well-being of their employees through the provision of clinical services within the private and public sectors. Responsibilities To be responsible for providing a quality occupational health service service aligned to key performance indicators. Carrying out a full range of specialist nurse activities including the management of: Occupational Health ill health/ management referrals Immunisation Programmes Health Screening and Surveillance New starter screening OH direct services Workplace Assessments including Display Screen Equipment Health Promotion Programmes Management of ad hoc Occupational Health issues Conducting face-to-face, video or telephone consultations to adhere to BHSF, NMC, NMBI Code of professional Conduct & Ethics for ROI, and any client guidelines and codes of conduct Excellent, confidential and accurate record keeping. Qualifications and experience Registered general nurse (RGN) Part of the NMC/ NMBI register (SCPHN) Evidence of Ongoing CDP and PDP requirements to remain upskilled Minimum 2 years OH experience Pay range and compensation package Salary OHA role £40000 - £48000
