Job Title: Lead Project Professional – Delivery

Salary: From £45,628 depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

\n
• Managing and creating Strategic Weapon competency reports for the Submarine Enterprise
\n
• Planning and executing assurance activities to ensure all supporting evidence is auditable
\n
• Identifying, assessing and managing the SWO (Strategic Weapons Organisation) Governance Dashboard and actions
\n
• Managing and organising stakeholders for the individual departmental yearly review of the Business Continuity Management
\n
• Supporting the development and implementation of tailored training/experiential learning activities to meet company and customer specific requirements
\n
• Holding and facilitating advanced problem-solving sessions around SWO issues
\n

Your skills and experiences:

\n
• PM qualification or equivalent by experience
\n
• Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to guide and influence
\n
• Comprehensive understanding of training management
\n
• A solid understanding of submarine operations would be beneficial
\n

The Strategic Weapon Capability team:

An excellent opportunity to join a team that facilitates the delivery and integration of the strategic weapon system for the Dreadnought-class submarine.
