Are you an experienced Bathroom Installer lookingfor a new opportunity? Paradigm Housing Group is seeking a skilledand customer-focused Bathroom Fitter to join our Planned Worksteam. This is your chance to make a difference in people’s homes,delivering high-quality bathroom installations in a supportive andcollaborative environment.

Whatyou’ll be doing:

As a BathroomInstaller, you'll be responsible for installing complete bathroomsuites, including bath, WC, wash hand basin, decoration, tiling,flooring, and fitting accessories. You’ll work to the higheststandard, ensuring that each installation is carried out safely andefficiently, with a focus on delivering exceptionalservice.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Install complete bathrooms, including tiling, flooring,and all relevant fixtures and fittings.
  • Workindependently and unsupervised to a high standard in line withindustry best practices and health and safetyregulations.
  • Complete necessary documentationpromptly and accurately as per company procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with residents, ensuring theyare informed and satisfied with the work being done.
  • Use materials and tools effectively, reducing waste andmaintaining stock levels in the company van.
  • Comply with all health and safety legislation andParadigm’s policies, ensuring safe work environments.
  • Occasionally mentor/supervise less experienced teammembers.

What we’relooking for:

  • Qualifications: City &Guilds Part 1 & 2, NVQ2, or equivalent experience in bathroomfitting and general maintenance.
  • Experience:Apprentice-trained or significant experience as a Bathroom Fitter,with strong knowledge of building regulations and codes ofpractice.
  • Skills:Ability to carry out bathroom installations, communicatingeffectively with tenants, and demonstrate excellent customerservice.
  • DrivingLicence: A valid full UK driving licence isessential.
  • Teamwork: Able to work bothindependently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Abilityto meet tight deadlines and prioritise workeffectively.
