- *What You’ll Be Doing:**
- Completing a range of maintenance tasks within your designated trade(s) to a high standard and achieving first-time fixes wherever possible.
- Representing Paradigm in customers’ homes with professionalism, courtesy, and care.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and reporting any potential risks.
- Maintaining van stock and using materials efficiently to minimise waste.
- Completing accurate and timely documentation in line with company procedures.
- Supporting and mentoring apprentices or other team members as required.
- Taking part in our on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support when needed.
- *What You’ll Bring:**
- Relevant qualifications: City & Guilds Part 1 & 2, NVQ2, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a plumber, including knowledge of water distribution, wastewater systems, and associated building codes and regulations.
- A full (preferably clean) UK driving licence.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering excellence.
- Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety legislation.
