Job Title: Project Professional – International Exchange

Salary: £35,802+ depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

\n
    \n
  • Supporting strategically important International knowledge transfer arrangements by facilitating engagement activities between International partners and BAE Systems, in accordance with requirements of Programme Leads, International Embeds and key personnel whilst ensuring correct classification and compliance
  • \n
  • Controlling access to internationally supplied documents through appropriate Need-To-Know arrangements. Enabling this by being the Project Point of Contact with IT, Export Control and Security, and undertaking regular liaison to ensure the required arrangements and are always valid and in place
  • \n
  • Supporting arrangements for International Embedment’s induction, and security clearance provision including maintaining metrics to record and capture all of the above
  • \n
  • To monitor progress, liaising with key stakeholders as necessary and report on any threats and issues at appropriate forums
  • \n
  • To expedite resolution of any risks and escalate as necessary
  • \n

Your skills and experiences:

  • Experience in assisting on complex projects demonstrated in a professional capacity
  • \n
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence
  • \n
  • Ability to gather information and analyse data to support the development of solutions
  • \n
  • Ability to make judgments, recommendations and advise on analysis of factual information
  • \n

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of IT databases, and search tools

This is an exciting opportunity to join the International Exchange Team supporting the SSNA Programme. You will support the processing of knowledge transfers between US and UK. The team is growing to cover multiple international exchange Programmes. You will be joining a thrilling new team where you can define the ways of working and have the opportunity to engage with International Partners as well as the wider business.
