The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills and a passion for global mobility. The Assignment Services team within People Advisory Services at EY provides comprehensive services to a diverse range of multinational clients in the UK, EMEIA and globally. Our service consists of two key pillars:
- Mobility Transformation: Consulting with clients to enhance their global mobility function and implementing these improvements through projects and secondments, driven by world-class expertise.
- Mobility Talent Operate: Operating the mobility function on behalf of clients, either partially or fully, managing end-to-end international move administration.
About you
- Experienced in global mobility, international HR, or reward.
- Knowledge of global mobility software.
- Enthusiastic and energetic; able to embrace new ways of working.
- A strong team player: able to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Experience of working within - or with - professional services.
- Able to deliver high quality output (e.g. reports, slide decks).
- A sound understanding of common global mobility compensation approaches - and a keenness to develop this knowledge further.
- Able to identify areas of risk, carry out an effective review, and know when to refer or escalate.
- Client-focused and commercially aware.
- Able to prioritise effectively and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Able to solve problems creatively and pragmatically.
- An excellent communicator - orally and in writing.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing consistently high levels of client service.
- Supporting the implementation and on-boarding of new clients.
- Delivering ongoing mobility services to our clients, with a focus on quality and exceeding expectations.
- Liaising within and between on-shore and off-shore teams, striving for continuous improvement.
- Contributing towards our exciting mobility transformation opportunities and projects.
- Utilising technology solutions to enhance the value of what we deliver to our clients.
- Adhering to Quality and Risk Management processes.
