Are you eager to make a meaningful difference in childrens lives? We are looking for a dynamic and caring Teaching Assistant to provide both classroom support and focused one-to-one assistance, helping students to achieve their best. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.

Provide one-to-one support for students requiring additional help, fostering their confidence and independence.

Assist in managing classroom activities and creating a safe, stimulating learning environment.

Support small group work, encouraging collaboration and active participation.

Adapt resources and activities to suit the diverse needs of learners.

Monitor student progress and share feedback with teaching staff and parents when required.

What We're Looking For: Prior experience working in a school or educational setting is preferred.

A compassionate and flexible approach to meeting the needs of individual learners.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

A commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive school ethos.

Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, are an advantage.
