We are seeking an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a team in the heart of Bedfordshire. Our practice is well-equipped, including separate waiting areas for dogs and cats, a fully equipped theatre, x-ray suite, and ultrasound machine. As a qualified MRCVS with small animal experience, you’ll provide exceptional care, lead a supportive team, and build strong client relationships. We’re looking for someone who shares our values of trust, care, and progress. Key Responsibilities:

Keep clients informed with clear and concise updates. Maintain the highest standards of practice and regulatory compliance. Prepare accurate client estimates, manage payments, and minimize debt. Collaborate with the Practice Manager to enhance commercial performance. Lead, mentor, and develop your team to improve skills and performance. Inspire the team by introducing new practices and standards. Manage clinical handovers and coordinate patient transfers when necessary. Requirements:

RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon. Proven leadership and clinical skills. Strong team player and communicator.
