Senior Product Designer

to join our team and help design intuitive user experiences and high-quality interfaces. Whether you’re improving the shopping journey for consumers or building tools for store associates, your work will play a critical role in shaping how people interact with our platform. This role isn’t just about design—it’s about making a difference. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, continue to grow your skills, and contribute to transforming the retail experience. Take ownership of design within a specific product area, ensuring a user-centered experience across NewStore’s platform.

Conduct user research and observe behaviors, transforming insights into actionable design ideas and solutions.

Collaborate as part of a triad with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to deliver cohesive and effective design solutions.

Lead the design process from end to end, turning research findings into workflows and detailed interaction designs.

Prototype ideas to quickly assess feasibility and refine designs, aiming for high standards of quality and usability.

Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to align on goals, requirements, and potential design challenges.

Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for proposed solutions.

Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and use findings to iterate on designs.

Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance to elevate the team’s overall design quality.

Contribute to the design system and design standards, ensuring scalability and consistency across the platform.
