Role Overview : As a Member Lifestyle Service Consultant,you will play a pivotal role in crafting lifestyle solutions for Arabic-speaking members. You will act as a trusted advisor, using your expertise in luxury travel or lifestyle services to deliver bespoke recommendations and exclusive arrangements tailored to the unique needs of members. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional, proactive, and personalized lifestyle and travel management services to high-net-worth Arabic-speaking members. Plan and arrange complex luxury itineraries, including, five-star accommodation, fine dining, and exclusive experiences worldwide. Handle requests related to lifestyle services such as event planning, personal shopping, VIP access to events, and more. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring the highest levels of discretion, trust, and satisfaction. Collaborate with global partners, suppliers, and internal teams to secure exclusive benefits and experiences for members. Stay updated on luxury travel trends, destinations, and lifestyle offerings to provide clients with innovative and inspiring recommendations. Qualifications & Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential. Proven experience in luxury travel, hospitality, contact centre, customer serviceor lifestyle management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals. Ability to manage complex and demanding requests while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
