Recognised by Ofsted as being a ‘Good’ provider of children’s social care, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join Birmingham Children’s Trust as a Human Resource Business Partner - Transformation. As a key member of the HR team, you will report to the Assistant Head of Service for People Partnering & Organisation Development and will manage the HR Project Officer - Transformation. As the HRBP - Transformation, your role will include: Leading HR projects on organisational transformation within the Trust Working closely with key partners Leading on the planning and implementation of a consultation process Overseeing the whole change process from the planning stages through to completion Ensuring a consultation process is in line with employment law, highlighting any risks The successful candidate will: Proactively seek opportunities to build relationships Provide professional advice to stakeholders both face-to-face and digitally Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Provide value-added business partnering to operations in line with the Workforce Strategy and overall business objectives Have excellent communication, organisation, planning, and employment law knowledge Build effective collaborative working relationships with a range of stakeholders and team members Have experience in leading change/transformation in a business Be an effective self-starter, with the ability to prioritise your work to meet deadlines while remaining focused in this fast-paced environment The role will be part of a strong, supportive team where you can further develop your professional skills.
