Location: Berkshire Salary: £37,000 + £6,000 bonus Holt Recruitment is recruiting for a Workshop Controller role in the Berkshire Area to join a brilliant Dealership Group and Franchise. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to step-up their career and manage a workshop that is one of the Group's most successful teams. Responsibilities: Manage a team of 18 Technicians in a high-performing work environment. Ensure workshop objectives are met. Participate in full training and warranty accreditation. Career progression opportunities to management. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years in a Main Dealership or Independent automotive environment. Proven experience in managing a large team of technicians. Valid driving license.
