We are currently recruiting for a CRM Coordinator to sit within the EU team, based in our London office. You will be reporting into the European CRM Manager. The goals of the CRM team are to drive revenue through the email and app channel and to grow the email and app subscriber list. This role will be key to achieving both goals as the responsibilities include optimising all email and push marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and taking an active role in finding ways to grow our database. The person in this role will be responsible for delivering successful marketing campaigns by ensuring that all emails and pushes are planned, briefed, and delivered on time and according to business needs. This includes delivering weekly e-newsletters and push campaigns to our active database as well as daily and weekly triggered campaigns to inactive segments. This person will also be responsible for monitoring performance, sharing results with the wider team, and taking an active role in devising new methods of driving additional revenue. This role will primarily work within the CRM team, but also collaborate with the content, design, marketing, and merchandising teams, as well as external vendors. What you will be responsible for: Participating in cross-functional meetings and being aware of business goals and priorities. Planning and maintaining a weekly and monthly e-newsletter and push calendar based on business needs. Briefing email campaigns to designers and copywriters. Checking and testing all email proofs to ensure accurate communication with customers (links, grammar, spelling, pricing). Reporting on email performance, analysing results, and implementing effective campaign improvements. Taking ownership of AB and multivariate tests to ensure we maximise our KPIs. Staying aware of industry best practices. Supporting with ad hoc CRM and e-commerce projects. Skills, Experience and Attributes: Strong attention to detail. Strong business acumen. Strong organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines. Good team player. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business and with external suppliers and providers. Good communication and presentation skills.
