An opening exists within an established office seeking an experienced driven office administrator to support the bustling Lettings and Sales Departments, with a passion for the role. The successful office administrator will have a proven track record in an office environment and have at

least 2 years experience as an estate agency OR letting agency administrator. This is a full time position. Whilst providing exceptional levels of customer service at all times, Office Administrator responsibilities include: Diary management Preparing client letters/market reports Responding to enquiries via telephone and email Preparing property particulars Managing uploads onto property websites/portals/social media Preparing and printing direct marketing materials and mail merges Sending clients marketing terms and conditions and ensuring receipt of client ID and associated documents/compliance Liaison with book keepers Lettings/Sales file constructions Liaising with tenants, letting agents, contractors, our internal team as well as external clients (landlords & vendors) on a daily basis Maintaining client databases Client satisfaction surveys and testimonials Legislation compliance (including requirements of Property Ombudsman) Stationery management Supplier liaison (photographers, floorplans, stationery, leafleteers) Interaction via the social media for the company, scheduling regular posts Managing the company’s social media accounts A wide range of other duties as required by the team Performance Criteria The Office Administrator role requires the successful demonstration of the following attributes: Excellent MS Office skills Meticulous attention to detail Accurate grammar Self motivated and positive attitude Confident and friendly telephone manner Punctual time keeping Ability to self manage tasks and time Flexibility and adaptability Benefits Great coffee machine Continuous Training with access to training and compliance hubs This is a customer-facing role both on the telephone and face-to-face where it will be required to juggle a number of tasks at one time. The successful candidate will get every fourth Saturday off and it is fully office based in our beautiful London office.
