We're on the lookout for a talented HR Administrator to join a City-based organisation in London this January. This is a full-time, office-based role offering an initial 4-month contract, with potential for extension. If you have strong administrative skills, an eye for detail, and recent experience in an HR department, we want to hear from you! As an Interim HR Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the HR function, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities:

Handling day-to-day HR administration tasks with precision and efficiency. Maintaining and updating HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Supporting the team with onboarding processes, including contracts and documentation. Assisting with queries from employees and managers across the organisation. Contributing to HR projects and initiatives as needed. What We're Looking For:

Recent HR Experience: At least 3 months working in an HR department within the last year. Administrative Expertise: Strong background in administrative tasks, with a high level of accuracy and organisation. Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in handling data and processes. Immediate Availability: Ready to start in January. Corporate/Professional Background (Preferred): Experience in professional services or a corporate environment is ideal, but other sectors will be considered. The Offer:

Salary: £27,000 per annum (pro-rata). Contract: Full-time, 4-month initial term, with potential for extension. Location: London (City) - Fully office-based. About Us
