£27.5k, rising to £32.5k after promotion (typically achieved within the first six months). Earnings:

Building relationships with new clients, pitching services, understanding hiring needs, and establishing long-term partnerships through networking, cold calling, and more. Candidate Sourcing:

Identifying top talent via database searches, referrals, and direct approaches. Screening candidates to ensure a perfect fit for roles. Placement & Negotiation:

Acting as a trusted intermediary, facilitating offer negotiations, discussing salary expectations, and addressing concerns. Market Insights:

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and providing clients and candidates with valuable insights. Job Promotion:

Creating tailored job advertisements and leveraging various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract top candidates. The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant Education or Experience:

Degree-educated or from a commercial background (Sales, Consultancy, Sports, Graduate Schemes). Competitive Spirit:
