The role of a Behaviour Mentor involves supporting and mentoring students who have challenging behaviours or social and emotional needs. You will work closely with students in the classroom or out of it, depending on the situation. Your role will be to motivate and support the people around you. Developing strong relationships with students is crucial, and being an open and approachable Behaviour Mentor will help you achieve this. You will work with small groups of identified students who have similar needs, providing them with resources to help them achieve their goals. The School - Behaviour Mentor - Camden
