We are currently looking for a Portfolio & Transformation Management Office Lead to be based in our London City office on a full-time basis, reporting into the Head of Change.

You will support delivery of the transformation and alignment of the portfolio of change to company strategy, regulatory/mandatory requirements, and desired outcomes. Working closely with the Head of Change to ensure C-level and internal stakeholders have detailed insight relating to the portfolio through having relevant data and information available to drive prioritisation decisions. Responsibilities Maintain the portfolio prioritisation framework and work closely with Head of Change and business stakeholders to ensure the portfolio remains aligned to business priorities and can clearly articulate impacts if pivoting of priorities. Work closely with the Change Leadership team to ensure the portfolio integrated roadmap and transition phases of the transformation has the correct and desired inputs. Ensure the current governance is effective and materials are created and distributed in a timely fashion (e.g. Change Committee, Portfolio SteerCo, Budget & Governance meetings). Proactively create reports to demonstrate the health of the portfolio and be creative with how information is analysed and presented. Work with the PMO team to create, maintain, and update relevant slide packs/data sets for monthly meetings including Executive SteerCo, Portfolio Governance overview, and monthly business function meetings; provide minute taking where required. Be actively engaged and support (along with the team) the Change team with core project activities across the project lifecycle. This will include, but is not limited to, setting up governance, understanding the projects and their outcomes in order to provide greater value-add, planning, resource management/mapping, and RAID management. Ownership of maintaining a central view of required and projected spend through engagement across the business functions. Regular reporting on forecast against budget and identifying ways to utilise funds effectively. Knowledge and Skills Portfolio Management Office of large-scale transformation programmes/projects. Attention to detail and strives for accuracy and data quality. Result-focused, self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic. Demonstrable ability to proactively build relationships and manage stakeholders, including providing robust advice, constructive challenge, influencing decisions, delivering well-constructed data and insights.
