Your new role You will work with senior members of the rapidly growing personal injury team to deliver consistent and highly reliable advice to clients. You will also assist with growing the department via marketing and business development, while keeping up the outstanding reputation the team has. Day to day, you will manage a varied caseload effectively and deal directly with clients and offer a seamless service with care and consideration for the client's needs. You will take part in preparing advocacy matters and work with senior members of the team to deliver effective solutions while having a commercially driven approach. You will also take responsibility for researching and drafting legal documents and consistently achieving yours and your team's KPI targets.

What you'll need to succeed Solicitor or CiLEx qualification with at least 6 years post-qualification experience. Fluent in Urdu would be beneficial. Experience of handling personal injury matters and some clinical negligence.
