Salary Range:

£100,000 - £120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. About the job: We are seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer to lead the product strategy, vision, and execution for a

newly established Business Unit within our company.

In this role, you will oversee the development of our CRM product, guiding a dynamic team of product managers, business analysts, and designers to create innovative solutions that enhance player engagement, optimize customer interactions, and provide deep analytics and personalization. As the CPO for this new Business Unit, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction and growth of this key area, working closely with leadership to define the product roadmap and drive impactful outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with both customer needs and the company’s business goals, ensuring scalability and alignment with technology trends. Build and scale product teams, ensuring the right talent is in place to execute the product vision. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, and ensure successful execution. Ensure that products are launched on schedule and meet high-quality standards by guiding cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. Partner with engineering, data science and AI teams to develop features that leverage cutting-edge technology, such as AI personalization, machine learning models for player behaviour predictions, and data analytics tools. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in product leadership roles, with a proven record of driving successful product strategies and execution. Proven track record in product management and strategy within the gambling industry. Experience with CRM technologies, customer data platforms (CDPs), and AI/ML integrations. Familiarity with data analytics, automation technologies and AI/ML as applied to player interaction platforms. Experience in using different product management techniques to drive product success. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams. A strategic thinker with a keen ability to innovate and adapt products to meet evolving customer needs and market conditions. Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. What we offer: 25 days of annual leave. 5 days of sick leave.
