What you’ll do: Client Engagement and Advisory Delivery:

Lead advisory projects across public sector and regulated industries, developing strategies for sustainable asset management, green service design, and future skills development. Engage senior-level clients, providing actionable advice to address their strategic challenges. Project Management:

Oversee the execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with client goals. Strategy and Implementation:

Develop and execute innovative sustainability frameworks and strategies to help clients achieve goals such as carbon neutrality, circular economy integration, and enhanced ESG performance. Provide actionable insights and practical solutions to embed sustainability into business operations and decision-making. Compliance and Reporting:

Guide clients in navigating and complying with global ESG regulations and standards (e.g. GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD, EU Taxonomy). Support the creation of impactful sustainability reports, including metrics benchmarking and stakeholder communication. Thought Leadership and Advocacy:

Represent +impact as a thought leader in the sustainability field, contributing to publications, webinars, and industry events. Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and policy changes to inform client strategies. Business Development:

Identify new opportunities, develop proposals, and pitch to potential clients to support +impact’s growth. Contribute to marketing efforts, showcasing +impact’s expertise and success stories. What you’ll need: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related field. Extensive experience in sustainability consulting or in a similar consultancy field. Expertise in ESG frameworks, reporting standards, and sustainability strategy development. Proven track record of delivering complex projects within the public sector or regulated industries. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organisational and project management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Proficiency in sustainability tools and software (e.g. carbon accounting, LCA platforms). Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong passion for advancing sustainability goals.
