Technical Product Engineer

We're looking for a skilled Technical Product Engineer to join our team at Best Buy Health. As a key member of our Product Engineering team, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end customer and patient outcomes. With a focus on delivering high-quality software applications and microservices, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical vision of our platform.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and microservices. Collaborate closely with biomedical engineering, data science, electronics engineering, and product science disciplines. Operate across the stack with significant back-end or data engineering experience. Contribute to technical design and code reviews. Provide 24/7 support for the product, resolving live issues when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience. 3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent relevant professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Significant previous experience as a Software Engineer. Good knowledge of at least one modern programming language. Experience writing tests and testable code. Flexible and able to learn on the job quickly.
