As Atla's Head of Product, you will:
Develop and execute against a strategy to enhance and grow our products, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Convert user feedback into detailed product requirements, narratives, and technical specifications.
Use data to better understand user needs, optimize the product experience, and guide future product development.
Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including the founders, research, engineering, and design.
Please note that this role is in-person (we can offer relocation support!)
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in product management, showcasing a strong ability to capture technical audiences. BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or professional experience in software development. Understanding of product-led growth and approaches to accelerate it. Strong project management and organizational skills to lead complex initiatives. Direct AI/ML experience is highly valued. Nice to have: Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment. Interested in and thoughtful about the impacts of AI technology. About you
