Support, mentor and supervise room staff in their day-to-day duties and quality of learning journeys and observations Be a champion of ongoing development, supporting apprentices in your team Stay up to date with current developments in early years policies and practices As a key person you will ensure that the needs of your key children are met, build effective relationships with parents and support with any SEND needs Carry out observations, plan activities in line with the EYFS and support the development of your key children Requirements
You must hold a level 3 childcare qualification to be considered for this role About Us
