you’ll beresponsiblefor: Deliveringexceptional service at the trade counter by understanding customerneeds and recommending appropriateproducts.
Completing generalwarehouse tasks, including picking and packing orders, organisingdeliveries and merchandising displays to a highstandard.
Buildingrelationships with customers andsuppliers.
Proactivelyresponding to customer queries via phone andemail.
Thisis a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week Monday toFriday with shifts between 7:30am and 5pm, you will also berequired to work 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8am - 12noon paid atovertime or time inlieu. Andhere’s what we’d like you tohave: Provenexperience in sales or customer service would beideal.
Excellentcommunication skills and confidence interacting withcustomers.
Dependable teamplayer, prepared to support in all areas of thebranch.
An eagerness tolearn and make the most of the trainingprovided.
