Are you eager to make a meaningful difference in childrens lives? We are looking for a dynamic and caring Teaching Assistant to provide both classroom support and focused one-to-one assistance, helping students to achieve their best.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.

* Provide one-to-one support for students requiring additional help, fostering their confidence and independence.

* Assist in managing classroom activities and creating a safe, stimulating learning environment.

* Support small group work, encouraging collaboration and active participation.

* Adapt resources and activities to suit the diverse needs of learners.

* Monitor student progress and share feedback with teaching staff and parents when required.

**What Were Looking For:**

* Prior experience working in a school or educational setting is preferred.

* A compassionate and flexible approach to meeting the needs of individual learners.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

* A commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive school ethos.

* Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, are an advantage.
