Shirland Medical (W10) & Inclusive Health Primary Care Network: 6-7 Sessions (Fixed Term) Recently Qualified GP Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity to join our small friendly team in a vibrant part of London (The Queens Park part of Westminster) for a new role at Shirland Medical who are a happy team of 2 GP partners and 3 Salaried GPs with Inclusive Health Primary Care Network. Your main base will be with Shirland Medical. We use SystmOne. Main duties of the job

6 to 7 sessions total: Most with Shirland Medical performing usual NHS GP duties and some for Inclusive Health PCN to help achieve our Network Aims. 15 minute appointments. No extended hours commitment or duty doctor sessions. Home visits are minimal (GP Federation provided acute home visiting service). Workflow streaming to reduce paperwork. 6 weeks annual leave, 1 week study leave (pro rata), weekly admin time. A happy, friendly & supportive work environment. Excellent location in Zone 2 with good transport links & no congestion charge. Onsite car and bicycle parking, garden and great local restaurants, shops and green spaces nearby. Co-location with our district nurses and over 65s frailty support service. Weekly clinical meetings for case discussion and support, with approachable jolly staff each day. Educational opportunities with Child Health, Frailty, Diabetes and Lipid MDTs & Clinics. We host Medical Students from Imperial College London. Wider team includes Pharmacists, Care Coordinator and Physiotherapist. Our interesting and mixed list size of 5000 affords good continuity of care, covering all ages in a contrasting area of high & low deprivation. Special interest development is welcomed and supported. Experience

Applicants must be within 2 years of CCT and not had a previous Salaried GP role. The role is fixed term until 31st March 2025 with potential extension likely. Looking to work within primary care. Qualifications

Newly qualified GP. Newly qualified GP looking for first post. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
