To facilitate this, our senior team has been driving processes, our tech stack, and the general organisation of the business to accelerate our people's performance.
Leading the Delivery & Candidate team of 4, you will be accountable for the flow of labour, building labour pools in advance of our client's requirements.
Your responsibilities include:
Efficient placement of labour on projects, engaging both clients and candidates, and managing expectations of both.
Utilising our tech stack to manage processes and oversee performance.
Leading and motivating the team while driving a culture of results and managing time effectively.
Skills Required:
Experience in a team leader/manager setting.
Recruitment background.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
Remain calm in a busy, pressurised department.
Team player.
Proactive and can-do attitude.
The applicant will report to the Managing Director and be part of the senior team.
Ongoing coaching and training will be provided to continuously improve.
