I am partnered with a leading consultancy looking for an experienced Contract Transformation Director to join their team. In this role, you will be key in securing a major IT transformation project for a local authority. You'll have the opportunity to lead a 12-month initiative to deliver transformative change across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Proven experience in driving end-to-end delivery of a major IT transformation for a local authority. Lead stakeholders through complex change, ensuring alignment with government regulations and best practices. Experience in working in local authority and government sectors environment. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to deliver large-scale transformation projects on time and within scope. Track record of leading teams. Excellent communication skills.
