In short, we’re looking for an individual who can build out a retention strategy and optimise workflow to maximise customer loyalty and complement marketing campaigns.

The right candidate:
Strong experience in CRM management within eCommerce or DTC environments.
Proficient in using Kaviya, email marketing best practices, and automation workflows.
Skilled in database segmentation, subscription metrics, and retention strategies.
Proven success in developing and managing customer loyalty programs.
Expertise in data analysis, reporting tools, A/B testing, and workflow optimisation.
Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Fast-paced, consumer-focused with a growth mindset.
Analytical, detail-driven, and a strong communicator.
Passion for Health and Well-being.
Responsible for:
Launching, upkeeping, and developing all loyalty channels.
Creating all email marketing campaigns in line with brand campaigns.
Streamlining campaigns with the use of automation tools.
Managing, developing, and implementing campaigns with creativity and the support of the internal designer.
Post-campaign analysis and reporting.
Working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and brand teams.
Ensuring tangible improvements to subscriptions, click, and open rates.
