Decor Specialist

to bring exceptional creative designs to life for our events. You’ll be involved in everything from designing and preparing decorative elements, such as canape trays and food stalls, to managing the decor warehouse and assisting with large-scale event setups. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a hands-on, ever-evolving role and loves crafting memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the

Decs Warehouse , ensuring all decor elements are well-organised and ready for events. Prepare and pack

event setups , tastings, and canape trays with impeccable attention to detail. Assist the

Head of Creative

with design and creative support for various events. Ensure all decor items meet the highest standards and are delivered on time. Help create and design decorative elements for events, including large-scale displays and floral arrangements. Oversee

stock control

for all decorative items and consumables. Decoration & Operations Responsibilities:

Attend weekly meetings to stay informed on event plans and priorities. Accurately pack and label decor equipment, ensuring everything is ready for departure. Set up and assist with decor at events, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse, ensuring all items are securely stored. Communicate effectively with event teams to ensure all creative elements are delivered as planned. Drive the company van for deliveries and equipment collection as needed. What You Bring:

A hands-on, proactive attitude with a passion for design. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. A willingness to learn and develop new skills, including floral arranging and design elements.
