Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety, well-being, and safeguarding of children, responding promptly to child protection concerns. Provide exceptional care tailored to the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and cultural needs of each child. Maintain compliance with the Children's Acts of 1989 and 2004, the Children's Homes Regulations 2015, and other relevant legislation. Lead and develop a dedicated team, offering supervision, support, and training to help them thrive. Oversee and update children's care plans to reflect their evolving needs. Participate in and chair meetings and reviews as required. Support children in reaching their goals and achieving their full potential.
