Hours of Work:

44 per week, working 12-hour shifts, Sunday - Monday, including nights/weekends. 5-week shift pattern to cover 7 days a week, shifts will be agreed in advance.

Salary:

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our operation at Wethersfield. You will be responsible for the overall management of the site, ensuring the well-being of Service Users and the smooth running of all site operations. This is a demanding role requiring flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Service User Management: Ensure the safety and well-being of all Service Users. Manage anti-social behaviour and address any concerns promptly. Oversee Service User inductions and departures. Manage vulnerable residents and ensure appropriate safeguarding measures are in place. Site Management: Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all health and safety standards are met. Manage site maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely completion. Oversee the management of site resources, including inventory and procurement. Maintain accurate records of all site activities. Operational Management: Liaise with the Home Office, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Manage staff schedules and performance. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations. Develop and implement site-specific procedures (e.g., emergency evacuation plan, COVID-19 management). Administration: Maintain accurate records of all site activities, including expenditure, incidents, and maintenance. Prepare reports and maintain relevant documentation. Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a senior management role, ideally within a residential or operational setting. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines. Experience of managing budgets and resources. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Desirable Skills & Experience:

Experience working within the immigration or asylum sector. Knowledge of safeguarding procedures. Experience of managing budgets and resources. Benefits:
