Hours: 35

hours per week

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary: £35,000- 40,000 per annum dependant on experience

Location: Remote with requirement to travel in line with operational requirements

This role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK. Start Date: As soon as possible

You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer’s needs. You have proven experience managing software development and/or SaaS deployments, successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget. You have a strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and experience in risk management, change management, and quality assurance processes. If you have experience securing ISO certification for a business, then this would be great! Formal qualification in project management (PRINCE2) Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions. Desirable: Experience working in the Telecare or Telecoms sectors. Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Technical Project Manager

to oversee the planning, scheduling, and delivery of our telecare call-handling platform and equipment. This critical role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely execution while maintaining quality standards. This key appointment will be the bridge between the management, development, and platform delivery teams to ensure that the programme of software or hardware delivery to a customer or internally is done to the agreed schedule and quality. They will liaise with the teams throughout the project to ensure that the roadmap to delivery is being adhered to and flag any issues or changes to the delivery requirements to the relevant stakeholders. Main Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings, these may be by Teams or on customer sites ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members. Oversee the development and implementation of project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and deadlines. Track project expenses, budget utilisation, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints. Engage with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners, to gather project requirements and expectations. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between project deliverables and business objectives. Identify and address stakeholder concerns and proactively manage project-related conflicts. Conduct thorough project reviews and post-mortems to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
