About the Role:

My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Security Engineer to join their team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Door Entry, and Gates and Barriers. You will work closely with clients to ensure their security systems are fully operational, effective, and up to date, providing peace of mind and protection.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, Access Control systems, Door Entry systems, and Gates and Barriers. Conduct regular maintenance checks, diagnostics, and repairs on existing security systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Provide on-site training and support to clients on the operation of their security systems. Liaise with clients to understand their security needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Ensure all installations and maintenance work comply with industry standards and regulations. Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken, including service reports and maintenance logs. Collaborate with other team members and departments to deliver high-quality service to clients. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies. Package

Proven experience as a Security Engineer or similar role, preferably in CCTV, Access Control, Door Entry, and Gates and Barriers. Strong knowledge of security systems, including hardware and software components. Familiarity with various brands and types of security equipment. Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Full UK driving license is required. INDAV
