Morgan Private Bank's Marketing team and shape the content strategy for our EMEA business. This role offers the chance to raise brand visibility, deepen client relationships and attract new prospects through innovative content and digital communication strategies. As a Content Marketing Manager, you will define and manage the content and communication strategy for the Private Bank business in EMEA. Your work will enhance client relationships, attract new prospects, and improve the client experience through various digital channels and content formats, collaborating with key stakeholders and Centers of Excellence to deliver impactful content programs and campaigns. You will be responsible for defining and managing a regional Content Strategy, building out and managing a regional Content Calendar and leading the EMEA Editorial Board. Additionally managing and executing J.P. Morgan Private Bank ongoing content programs & bespoke local content insights, which are delivered via multiple channels including client email, website & social media channels. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, elevating our brand presence, Private Bank capabilities and product offerings among existing clients and new prospects with measurable results. Manage and deliver digital campaigns and content programs, including market commentaries, across various formats (print, digital, video, audio) and amplified via digital channels (e-mail, web, social media, paid media & messaging apps). Design, manage & execute upon a regional content calendar. Manage and lead a monthly EMEA Editorial Board. Execute existing content programs, including weekly market commentaries, quarterly market outlooks and regional newsletters. Propose new strategic marketing programmes and initiatives for local market content aligned with market priorities, to drive growth with new and existing clients. Partner with Business Intelligence and Digital teams to analyze engagement metrics, commercial results, and ROI to improve content strategy and audience segmentation. Manage content marketing budget and resources, ensuring efficient budget allocation. Build & strengthen relationships with SMEs, manage key regional stakeholders & partner with global CEOs. Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Content development experience in financial services or related industries. Strong editorial, writing, and organizational skills. Data-driven marketing approach with experience in audience analysis, segmentation, and content performance measurement. Understanding of the EMEA region and macroeconomic landscape. Excellent project management, problem-solving, and relationship management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects; adhere to deadlines, deliver results and can work independently. Proven ability to lead, influence, and align across cross-functional teams, while interacting with multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant work experience in investments, marketing, or financial services. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. European language skills. About Us J.P.
