29 P/H (Umbrella) Enfield Council is currently looking for an experienced Rough Sleeper Outreach Manager to lead their team. This role requires management experience and an awareness of rough sleepers. Main Duties: Lead and manage a team of outreach workers, ensuring effective performance, training, and development. Oversee outreach activities, including verifying rough sleeping status, conducting assessments, and creating support plans. Develop and implement shift patterns to ensure consistent coverage for outreach services, including evenings and weekends. Maintain accurate records, monitor team performance, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding policies. The Candidate Will Have: Essential:
Experience in homelessness or related services, strong leadership skills, knowledge of rough sleeping issues, excellent communication, and safeguarding awareness. Desirable:
