Role Overview: We are on the hunt for a creative, hard-working and passionate self-starter to head up our Content and Social Media Marketing department here in our London office. This role plays a critical part in enhancing our brand awareness, and driving measurable results across all areas of the business. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to create social media and marketing campaigns that align with the company's business objectives, but will also have the ability to work independently. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of our company and take the reins of promoting our business in fun and engaging ways, support our hiring initiatives and promoting what we have to offer and the work we do to talent, clients and candidates alike. This is a dynamic role, and in addition to external promotional initiatives, you will also have the opportunity organise events such as our annual Girls Night, year-round office celebrations, charity cycles etc. Key responsibilities: Develop and manage marketing and social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and distribution across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Design impactful content using tools like Canva to align with the brand's message and image. Collaborate with the hiring team to market the Next Step Academy programme through on-brand posts, including weekly planning meetings. Lead weekly marketing strategy meetings with company directors and oversee content approval. Create internal materials such as presentations, job specs, case studies, and training documents. Partner with managers to develop client- and candidate-facing content for various practice areas. Shoot, edit, and produce video reels and interviews. Analyse and report on audience engagement metrics to refine strategies. Manage targeted paid-ad campaigns to promote the business and training program. Grow social media following and enhance brand image through innovative ideas. Stay informed on major dates and celebrations to align with relevant campaigns. Continuously seek opportunities to elevate the company's brand and presence Ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2 years experience in a marketing, social media role or similar role Proficiency in TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn for professional purposes, including running paid social ads, using social analysing tools, and building a following Experience working with graphic design/content platform such as Canva to create impactful, eye-catching and aesthetically pleasing content Ability to shoot and edit videos Confidence in leading meetings, working independently and pitching ideas The ability to work independently, as well as with others Great communication skills – both written and verbal Excellent grammar and attention to detail Benefits: Competitive salary and quarterly performance-based bonuses 25 days holiday (plus and extra day for your birthday & bank holidays) Opportunity to travel on all-expenses-paid club trips to destinations around the world Annual lunch club for your birthday Early finish and beer-fridge every Friday Year-round company socials If you're interested in hearing more apply or send your CV through to Holly.king@next-ventures.com.
