Site Manager Lancashire 50,000 - 55,000 + Full Company Package Our client is a well established and respected general contractor that specialise in multi-storey car park and composite steel construction. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a large infrastructure project. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage on-site construction activities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Coordinate daily operations and manage resources efficiently. Read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders. Requirements: At least 2 references required. SMSTS certification essential. Proven experience as a Site Manager in civil engineering. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Ability to read technical drawings and plans. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
