Our client, a leader in the corporate sector, is seeking a talented Technical Architect to join their team. If you're passionate about developing and maintaining data solutions using the Cloudera platform, this is the role for you!
Location:
Chester (3 days onsite) Contract Length:
12 months Competitive Daily Rate:
£650 - £750 (inside IR35 via umbrella)

Responsibilities:
Leading the technical architecture design for the Corporate Mobile platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements. Designing, developing, and implementing data processing pipelines and data ingestion frameworks. Utilising pyspark, ezflow, and other tools for handling data within a Hadoop environment. Solving problems with a focus on product development.
Requirements: Proven experience working with and creating data architectures. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A drive to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Desired Skills: Experience working with AutoSys. 5-7 years of experience with distributed data/computing tools such as Hadoop, Hive, and MySQL.
