Amazon’s Global Sourcing team is looking for customer-obsessed interns to support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives that improve supply chain resilience and cost efficiency for our Private Label business. The intern will work in the Amazon Global Sourcing office in Singapore.

The successful candidate will enjoy diving deep into data, identifying insights, and developing analysis to support strategic decision-making and build alignment with key stakeholders. They will thrive in a highly collaborative, analytical, and fast-paced environment, and will have a strong business curiosity, always seeking innovative solutions. The ideal candidate must be self-driven, able to break down complex problems, and have the determination to deliver results. A strong communicator with the ability to propose new ideas and communicate concisely and effectively will be essential for success.

What will you learn during this internship?

Develop and improve your qualitative and quantitative research and analysis skillset. Sharpen business acumen and obtain experience in end-to-end product sourcing. Gain experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment.

Key job responsibilities:

Develop automated tools and templates to support consistent data collection and validation. Utilize data analytics tools to track and accurately report the key performance metrics of live projects. Analyze and drive improvements of existing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete project tasks. Automate tracking and reporting system for active and inflight multi-sourcing projects. Prepare monthly multi-sourcing performance flash (launch status, benefit tracking, operational performances, etc.). BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Penultimate year Bachelor's student pursuing a degree in Data Science, Marketing, Economics, Business Management, Finance, or Information Management (or similar field). - Expected graduation from August 2025 onwards. - Able to commit to a full-time 6-month internship. - Candidates must be able to legally work in Singapore. - High attention to detail, comfortable with “hands-on” management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. - Proficient in SQL, Python, and Excel. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Prior internship experience in conducting business analysis, vendor management, product management, and project management. - Prior internship experiences in presenting initiative update/review documents (one-pager/two-pager).
